Kim is an experienced real estate professional with a long and impressive record of results. He brings to real estate a background in management, customer service, and marketing—disciplines that have prepared him for the increasingly complex demands of today’s real estate market. Raised and educated in Colfax, Kim relocated to Carmichael in 1994.
Since then, he has accumulated more than 20 years of life in this flourishing suburb. His professional background and deep knowledge of the local marketplace made for a seamless transition into real estate. In 2003, Kim achieved his goal of obtaining a Real Estate License, launching his career as a top-producing agent with Lyon Real Estate. He later joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2010.
Clay Sigg, former Managing Broker for the Coldwell Banker Fair Oaks Office, once said, “Kim is a dedicated agent who takes pride in providing excellent customer service. He strives toward excellence, which I am sure will help him continue to be a top-producing agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.” Kim has followed in the footsteps of his father, Dick, who was a top-producing Realtor for 20 years before moving to Washington.
In 2014, Kim was ranked #9, and in 2017, he climbed to #5 in the Sacramento Fair Oaks Coldwell Banker Office. He also received the prestigious Sacramento Association of Realtors Master Club Member designation. In January 2019, Kim made the move to join his longtime broker and friend, Clay Sigg, at Diez & Sigg Properties—a full-service real estate boutique with over 73 years of real estate sales and management experience. Since affiliating with Diez & Sigg Properties, Kim has been a consistent top producer and looks forward to growing his clientele while helping more buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. He is confident that his experience, integrity, and commitment to his clients—combined with the company’s unparalleled support and resources—make for the best possible move for both his clients and himself.
In 2015, Kim joined the SAR Scholarship Foundation Committee, helping raise funds for scholarships to support local qualified seniors in attending colleges and universities. In 2024, he was honored with the role of Trustee and Chairman of the SAR Scholarship Committee.
Outside the office, Kim enjoys spending time with his Chocolate Labrador, Duke. He also loves going on motorcycle rides with his wife, Rebecca, and attending local concerts, plays, and events.
